Climbing trees in the Verdon is a great way to get some exercise and enjoy the scenery. The Gorges du Verdon is a magnificent canyon located in the south of France. There are many different routes, so you can find the one that suits your level.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is tree climbing?<\/h2>\n

A treetop adventure course is a type of treetop adventure course where participants use a system of ropes and pulleys to move through the canopy of trees. This activity is usually done for recreational purposes or to build team spirit, and can be enjoyed by people of all ages.<\/p>\n

Who can do tree climbing?<\/h2>\n

Most people can do tree climbing if they are in good physical condition and don\u2019t feel dizzy. It is important to be aware of its limitations. If you have any doubts, it\u2019s always best to err on the side of caution and not do it or talk to a member of the team.<\/p>\n

The tree climbing is very suitable for children, who can climb between the trees in specific routes for their size and age.<\/p>\n

The Gorges du Verdon offer an exceptional natural setting thanks to the beauty of its landscapes. It is an ideal place to relax in the heart of nature!           What equipment should be provided?<\/b><\/h3>\n

          The equipment needed to be comfortable is a real sports outfit with sports shoes (of the tennis type).<\/p>\n

          On site, the members of the team will lend you safety equipment:<\/p>\n

          • A harness Lanyards<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Carabiners<\/span><\/li>\n
          • A pulley<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Before setting off, an experienced guide will show you the safety instructions and explain the signage of the routes so that you can enjoy your adventure course independently.<\/span><\/p>\n

            The various tree climbing workshops are designed to help you improve your skills and techniques in different ways. From beginner to expert, there is a workshop for everyone. The workshops are led by experienced instructors who will help you learn the ropes of each workshop and give you tips on how to get the most out of your experience.<\/p>\n

              When can you go tree climbing in the Gorges du Verdon?<\/h2>\n

              The tree climbing leisure base at the Gorges du Verdon is open from April to September. As soon as the good weather arrives, you can enjoy this sporting activity with friends or family.<\/p>\n

              Do you have to book this activity in the Verdon in advance?<\/b><\/h3>\n

              In April, May, June and September, reservation is essential. Many groups take advantage of this outdoor activity on sunny days. We therefore advise you to book so as not to be disappointed if, once there, you cannot have fun.<\/span><\/p>\n

              In July and August, reservations are recommended. The crowds are less dense because water activities are favored by holidaymakers.<\/p>\n
